Personalized Engraving Service

At Gems Excellence we know buying fine jewelry is a very special experience. In order to personalize your fine jewelry, we offer a complimentary engraving service with either text or a logo of your choice. Simply email us a file (preferably in Adobe Illustrator format) and we will take care of the rest.

Please keep in mind that custom engraved jewelry is not eligible for exchange or return. You are very welcome to consult our experts in for any advice you need.

Ring resizing

If the ring of your choice isn’t available in your size, we are happy to resize it for you according to the correct size you provide us. Please email us info@gemsexcellence.com prior to placing your order to estimate the ring resizing cost.

Product Care Service

Gems Excellence takes care of the appearance of your fine jewelry. To avoid roughness  of your piece, you are welcome to visit us for a free professional cleaning for your jewelry at our location in Hong Kong once a year. Simply email us at info@gemsexcellence.com in advance to make an appointment.
