Personalized engraving service

We offer complimentary engraving on selected pieces to make your jewelry even more personal and meaningful. Depending on the design, we may be able to engrave text or a logo of your choice.

If you would like custom engraving, please email us at info@gemsexcellence.com with your artwork or request. For logos, vector artwork such as Adobe Illustrator format is preferred. We will review the design and confirm what is possible for your piece.

Please note that engraved jewelry is personalized and is therefore not eligible for return or exchange. If you would like guidance before proceeding, our team will be happy to assist.

Ring resizing

If the ring you choose is not available in your size, we may be able to resize it for you, depending on the design and setting.

Please email us at info@gemsexcellence.com before placing your order so we can confirm resizing feasibility, timing, and any applicable resizing cost.

Please note that resized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about sizing, we are happy to guide you before you place your order.

Product care service

To help your jewelry remain beautiful over time, we offer complimentary professional cleaning once a year for your GemsExcellence jewelry at our Hong Kong location.

This service is intended to help maintain the appearance of your piece and keep it looking its best with regular care.
