Our family has cut sapphires, rubies, and other fine gemstones in our own workshops since 1991, so your piece begins with the stone itself: hand-selected, ethically sourced, with origin and treatment fully disclosed.

How the Bespoke Process Works
• The conversation — in our Central studio or over video. We listen first: the occasion, the person, the budget. Free, with no obligation.
• Finding the stone — Pawanya hand-selects gemstones from our own cutting facilities and trusted partners, with origin and treatment disclosed.
• The design — sketches or a 3D rendering, refined together until it’s unmistakably yours. Nothing is made until you love it.
• The making — crafted by hand in 18K gold in our trusted ateliers, then finished, polished, and inspected.
• Delivery — collect in person in Central, or we ship worldwide, free and fully insured.

Most Gems Excellence commissions are completed in 4–5 weeks from first conversation to finished piece, depending on the stone and design. Tell us your date early and we’ll work back from it.
How much does bespoke jewelry cost?
Often less than people expect — you’re paying for the stone and the making, not a markup on a display piece, so bespoke is frequently comparable to ready-to-wear. After the first conversation you’ll have a clear, itemized estimate with no obligation.
Do you work by appointment only?
Yes—consultations and private viewings are by appointment so we can prepare and give you dedicated time. We also offer video consultations for international clients.
Can I start with questions before booking?

Can you source specific gemstones?
Yes. We can source sapphires, emeralds, rubies, spinels and other fine colored stones based on your preferences — many cut in our own workshops — and review options with you before setting anything.
