ORDERS & SHIPPING

Shopping at Gemsexcellence.com is easy and secure. To purchase an item, simply select the “add to cart” button to place it into your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions throughout the checkout process until the very end, where you will be asked for your credit card information. After this final step, your order will then be completed.

Gems Excellence ships globally. We ship our items securely through our selected couriers FedEx and DHL. Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes in your chosen country. Kindly contact us in advance if you have any questions.

Our official couriers are FedEx and DHL. We offer free shipping globally for all order. All purchases are securely shipped with insurance. At checkout you will be asked to confirm your shipping choice and will be notified of the exact costs. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, as it is required by insurance. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of both shipping and insurance; and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to and from Gems Excellence.

We currently charge in US Dollars. All prices listed on the website are also in US Dollars. If you are shopping from another country and shopping with us, we recommend using xe.com to view up-to-date currency conversions.

Taxes and duties depend on your specific location. Please email us at info@gemsexcellence.com in advance if you would like more information regarding taxes or duties

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us and we can modify or cancel an order. However once your item has been processed and shipped, then our standard return policy will be applied. We will send a tracking number to confirm once an item has shipped so you can monitor your shipment.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A product may be exchanged for a new product or returned for a refund. Our policy applies only if items are returned in saleable condition accompanied with a sales receipt and a return merchandise number.

Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We can only accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items.

Our founder comes from a family of gemstone manufacturers with a long history of excellence and customer service. To find your ring size, please refer to this ring sizing chart and ring sizing tips. You may also use our printable ring size guide as a reference tool. All sizes listed on our website are in US ring sizes. For better accuracy, we suggest that you measure your finger at the end of the day with a piece of string or a strip of paper. If you are a half size, we suggest that you order the next size up.

Please note that the tools above are reference guides only. If you would like us to resize your ring you are responsible for giving us your accurate ring size prior to  your order. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@gemsexcellence.com

Gems Excellence strives to create evergreen designs that will be loved by its wearer for years to come. If you are interested in creating a custom piece, we can hand draw or perform a CAD design of your personalized idea and help turn your unique vision into a lasting reality. You can also fill out some details or upload a sketch or image using our “Custom” section on our menu bar and we will reply to you shortly after studying your submission.

We invite you and small parties to book an appointment at our Hong Kong studio to view our collection in private. Please contact us for an intimate shopping experience.

Gems Excellence sources all its precious gemstones in-house. We have our own gemstone cutting facilities in Thailand and India and are committed to working with the best suppliers to ensure that our fine jewelry is produced ethically and sustainably without compromising quality. We source in a conscientious manner by only using graded conflict-free diamonds and precious stones.

Gems Excellence maintains the highest standards in design, materials, and artisanal craftsmanship. With some simple, basic care, you can help preserve and protect your fine jewelry so that it can last lifetimes; with the intent of being passed down from generation to generation.
